                                   Keyless digital locks enhance security
in public buildings
Builders and developers can cover both accessibility and security requirements within public buildings thanks to the AR195 digital lock from HOPPE (UK).
It is important that public buildings have different levels of access for particular areas. Enhanced security may be required for some rooms, such as secure document rooms, drugs cabinets and cleaning cupboards.
The AR195 digital lock means that staff no longer need to hunt for keys to access these restricted areas, making it easier for them to move around the building. It also reduces the risk of keys getting lost.
The main benefits of the AR195 digital lock:
• Fire tested – this lock can be used on timber or metal fire doors.
• Dualfunctionholdbackfacility–thelockcanbesetsothatacodeisnotrequiredtoopenthedoor
on a temporary basis.
• Suitable for left or right hand applications – no need to make any changes to the door or existing
door hardware to install the digital lock.
The AR195 digital lock is a convenient way to allow multiple people access while maintaining high levels of security. The 14 digit pin tumbler system allows for up to 8000 different code combinations that can be easily changed if required.
